This stunning handwoven raffia basket, created by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artist Bronwyn Minniecon, is a beautiful example of traditional craftsmanship. Bronwyn Minniecon, based in Cairns, celebrates her Gooreng Gooreng/Gubbi Gubbi and Torres Strait Islander heritage through her weaving. Each creation reflects her commitment to preserving cultural traditions and sharing them with her family.
