About Kapua Kaizi Gutchen
Kaizi learned the art of making coconut oil using traditional methods from his mother, who was taught by her grandmother, a Meriam woman from Murray Island (Mer) in Zenadh Kes (Torres Strait Islands).
Deeply connected to his culture, Kaizi is passionate about sharing traditional knowledge, particularly regarding Indigenous foods and their health benefits.
