About the Artist
Michelle Weare, an artist from Cairns, Far North Queensland, has Indigenous roots from the Jirrbal and Ngadan rainforest groups of the Atherton Tablelands. She creates jewellery using traditional materials, inspired by the landscapes of Far North Queensland.
