About the Artist
Michelle Weare, an artist from Cairns, Far North Queensland, has Indigenous roots from the Jirrbal and Ngadan rainforest groups of the Atherton Tablelands. Inspired by the natural beauty of her homeland, she creates modern jewellery using traditional materials and techniques.
